HTC M8 Rumored For 2014

HTC M8 is rumored to launch in 2014. The flagship Android smartphone name was suggested to be M8. The release is expected to be in Q1 2014. The tipster @evleaks, who has close to 85,000 followers stated the following, “HTC M8 unsurprisingly destined for AT&T, among others" and "All four carriers, end of Q1 '14."

If the tipster is true, HTC's next flagship Android smartphone would release before the other Android flagships makers Sony, Samsung and LG Electronics. The HTC's rumoured launch of the 2014 flagship smartphone also had revealed leaked images. Gadgets NDTV posted the images in a recent article on HTC  M8.  The alleged device specifications suggest a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, Sense 6.0 UI,  5 or 5.2-inch display and 3GB of RAM.

HTC Corporation third quarter of 2013 results posted quarterly revenue of NT$47 billion. “We have delivered good progress in the third quarter,” said Peter Chou, CEO of HTC, “with the introduction of HTC One Mini and One Max, we now have an HTC One for everyone.” The company also recently launched a Here’s To Change global brand campaign in efforts to reach more of its global objectives and industry efforts.  The smartphone maker’s product line include award winning HTC One, Desire 601,Desire 300, HTC Butterfly s Hello Kitty and more.

HTC One Max features a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with high speed graphics and processing speed for faster gameplay. The device is 40% faster in battery charging. The One Max has maximized tools for convenience, imaging and bass. The camera is feature rich. HTC One Max includes a “more of everything” mobile device for Android.

Qualcomm at The Consumer Electronics Show revealed new processors to power next-generation devices including the two new families of its Snapdragon.  Growth will arise from upgrading existing smartphones to latest models evolving from 3G-long-term evolution, or LTE. Those organizations that continue to innovate and introduce new innovations will have competitive leverage to convince consumers to upgrade their phones.

The mobile market is evolving at a rapid pace. Further developing Qualcomm's new low-power display technology for mobile devices will help drive user adoption of smartphones and tablets as well increase in sales in mobile chipsets. Mobile market growth is being driven by demand developing world, led by rapid mobile adoption in China and India. Subscribers are expected to reach 6.9 billion by the end of 2013 and 8 billion by the end of 2016.

The maker also sold 100 percent of its stake in Saffron Digital for US$47 million this year. Taiwan is its largest market for HTC. The company also launched for its first time in the four major US carriers for US and in China. HTC’s revenue is forecasted to be NT$40 billion to NT$45 billion. The company is forward driven and innovative with its technology.
