ASUS MeMo Pad FHD 10 and ASUS MeMo Pad HD7

The Asus Memo Pad FHD 10 is a 10-inch Android tablet with HD resolution. The tablet had an Intel dual-core 1.6Ghz Atom Clover Trail+ chipset and 2 GB of RAM. It starts with Android 4.2 and will presumably update when 4.3 Jelly Bean and 5.0 Key Lime Pie are released. There has a 16 GB and 32GB version.

As you might expect the Memo Pad HD 7 is the 7-inch Android version basically identical to the Nexus 7 and clearly intended to compete with it. It has a Quad-core A7 CPU a 128-x800 HD display, a 5 MP rear camera and a 1.2 MP front camera. It comes at the price of $129 for the 8GB version and $149 for the 16GB version. Expect it in July.

ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity

The Transformer Pad was the biggest reveal by Asus. It is a solid high-end tablet with an Nvidia Tegra 4 SOC with 1.9Ghz quad-core CPU and 72-core GeForce GPU. In addition to speed it has a nice 10.1 inch 2560 x 1600 LED display (299 ppi) and 2 GB of RAM with 32 GM internal storage nad 5 MP rear and 1.2 MP front cameras.

What gives the Transformer Pad its namesake is the keyboard dock which attaches to the tablet part giving it the functionality of a laptop. The tablet section will cost $500 with the keyboard an addition $100.

ASUS FonePad Note

The FonePad is a ‘phablet’, a phone and a tablet. Asus has released quite a few devices that can double as other things but this is the first phablet. It has a 6-inch 1080p Super IPS+ display, a 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor with 2 GB of RAM. It’s OS will naturally be Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and it will have a 8 MP rear camera and 1.2 MP front camera. Finally it will also come with a stylus similar to the Samsung Galaxy Note II which will be the devices main competitor.

Aio ASUS Transformer Book Trio

This is another Transformer device. Asus went on an all-in-one kick during the Computex conference. This is a laptop-tablet-desktop triad. It comes with an 11.6-inch display 1920x1080 HD screen, dual processors an Intel Core i7 that can run Windows 8 and a 2Ghz Intel Atom processor for Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It has a 750 GB hard drive that can expand by 64GB with flash storage .It is touch screen and has a SSD processor so it’s incredibly fast.

To use it as a transformer you just take the screen off from the keyboard and turn it into a tablet. You can also connect the keyboard into a monitor to use it as a desktop. Sounds like a remarkable device.
