Oppo R11 has leaked numerous times revealing about the detailed look at the spec sheet of the upcoming smartphone. Scheduled to release on June 10, the new Oppo R11 has leaked on Geekbench now.
In line with earlier rumors, the latest Geekbench listing reveals the presence of a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset. The Oppo R11 will have 4GB of RAM and Android 7.1.1 Nougat on-board. There will also be a layer of ColorOS 3.1 on top of it, as reported by The Android Soul.
The said Snapdragon 660 mobile platform is clocked at 1.84GHz on the OPPO R11 but can reach a maximum clock speed of 2.2GHz. Built using the 14nm process and consisting of eight Kryo 260 cores, the new Snapdragon 660 chip is presently the king of the mid-range category. When the OPPO R11 will launch this Saturday, it will be the first phone to sport the processor.
If the previous rumors are to be believed then the Oppo R11 will have a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display at the front side. While at the back, it will feature a 20MP + 16MP dual camera setup for photography enthusiasts. For selfie lovers, there will be a 20MP shooter at the front side.
The Geekbench results, however, aren't different from what a certain Heart-named device posted a couple of weeks back. In the test, the single core's 1588 points are identical between the two. However, the Oppo R11 appears to be tweaked towards somewhat higher multi-core performance, its 5780 points being some 6% more than the Heart's figures, according to GSM Arena.
Pricing information of the Oppo R11 too was leaked in the past. The upcoming device is all set to come out into the markets with a price tag of CNY 2,999, which will be around $440.
