Two New Sony Flagships Will Be Released Within This Month

Sony is going to make a splash in the US market, as they finally make their phones easier to access in the Stated over the past couple of years. Recently, Sony has announced when US buyers will be able to get their hands on the company's latest and hottest devices.

According to Engadget, Sony has released an official statement that the Xperia Premium will go for pre-order on June 12 from Amazon and Best Buy. Then will have an officially launch this coming June 19 in the United States; this will also be the date that retailers will begin carrying the Xperia XZ Premium.

For a brief recall, Sony's latest flagship phone Xperia XZ Premium was showcased back at Mobile World Congress (MWC) with every impressive specification that Sony could cram in. The phone was powered by the latest version of Android 7.1 Nougat and offers up the top of the line specs.

Sony Xperia XZ Premium will also feature a Snapdragon 835 chipset and a 5.5-inch 4K HDR display. Further, Sony has made some big camera enhancements where this time packing a 19MP sensor with low-light and stabilization enhancements, as well as the ability to shoot slow-motion video at 960fps.

Meanwhile, Sony will also offer a debut smartphone that will be called Xperia XA1 Ultra with its other phone making way to the US. This budget-oriented phone offers up a 6-inch edge to edge 1080p display, 23Mp rear camera, a 16MP front camera with OIS, octa-core Helio P20 chipset, and a 4GB of RAM.

According to GSM Arena, these phones mentioned above will both be available in the United States via Best Buy and Amazon among other retailers. The Xperia XZ Premium will land at $799 unlocked and the Xperia XA1 Ultra will ask a lower price, however, Sony has yet to confirm what that will be.
