Huawei Honor 9 smartphone was spotted on the Chinese regulatory authority, TENAA. The device has been listed with image renders together with detailed specifications and features. The smartphone was also leaked on Weibo and there are rumors that it could arrive on June 27 at IFA Berlin.
According to TENAA listing, the Honor 9 flagship was spotted in three variants carrying different model numbers such as the STF-AL00, STF-TL10, and STF-AL10. The device is seen sporting 5.15-inch display 1,920 pixels by 1,080 pixels. The processor is mentioned to be clocked at 2.4GHz and it will be paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The device is listed to arrive with a microSD card slot through which the storage of the device could be expanded up to 128GB.
The Honor 9 is mentioned of having a measurement of 147.3 x 70.9 x 7.45mm and 155 grams by weight. The images of the smartphone revealed that the device will carry a dual camera set up o n the rear. The listing also gives details that it could feature a 20MP+12MP dual camera assisted by a single LED flash. Other features such as the function gravity sensor, distance sensor, light sensor, Infrared, Bluetooth, and USB are included.
As far as the exterior details are concerned, the Honor 9 smartphone spotted in gold color has a physical home button, speaker cut out, sensor, front camera and big screen on the front face. The right side can be seen with a power button and volume buttons, while the left side has SIM tray. The back face has perfectly hyperbolic curved edges on the sides with the dual camera set up included with a LED flashlight and an Honor logo.
According to The Android Soul, the Honor 9 was also leaked on Weibo hinting few other details. The leak hints that it could keep the 3.5mm headphone jack and will have a hyperbolic design on the front and rear. It is reported that this device could arrive with Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box and a Kirin 960 processor. It is rumored to have a price tag of CNY 2,999 or $435.
