Fans of “Tekken” games who have a few hundred bucks would have two Marshall Law statues to choose from. First 4 Figures, a manufacturer of collectibles, is coming up with two versions based on Law’s appearance on “Tekken 5” and “Tekken 6.” The standard version would cost $385, while the exclusive edition would have a price tag of $600.
First 4 released a video on how the statues were made. It includes a discussion on the several challenges that the company faces in translating Marshall Law, who is made up of polygons, into a physical object, Siliconera reports. In the “Tekken 6” version, Law wears a red sash, while the one taken from “Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection” has the game character sporting a yellow attire and stubble on his face.
The $385 standard version of Marshall Law has him stand on a base with a glossy “Tekken” character logo placed on a matte surface. The $600 version includes a big golden Chinese dragon that swirls on top of the cracked cement pavement where Marshall Law stands.
Meanwhile, Bandai Namco Entertainment released the first in a series of “Character Episode” trailers for “Tekken 7,” Gematsu reports. It features Marshall Law, Bob, Devil Jin, Katarina Alves, Feng Wei, Bryan Fury, Hwoarang, and Gigas. The second trailer would introduce King, Steve Fox, Lucky Chloe, Miguel Caballero Rojo, Jack, Nina Williams, and Eddy Gordo.
The first trailer shows Marshall Law and Feng Wei locked against each other in a bitter battle. However, the two have enough space to chain together several impressive combos. After their match would come the fight between Bob and Bryan Fury, followed by the match that pits Hwoarang against Devil Jin, according to Game Rant. The release of “Tekken 7” for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC is on June 2.
