Motorola took a year off in 2016 and they are back once again. The tech giant would soon be launching its first ever dual camera phone, Moto X 2017. A Chinese website recently released a video that showed a device in a presentation along with its list of specifications. The video is about 9 minutes long but reveals a lot about the upcoming Moto device.
The Moto X 2017 would be the first ever device from Motorola to feature a dual camera. In fact, the leaked image shows the device includes two camera sensors at the back, although there isn't much detail about the actual camera features or the quality of sensors, Android Headlines reported. But it does mention the device to come with a smart camera. This indicates the tech giant would be coming up with some special camera features that make it special.
The Moto X 2017 would come with a metal body and 3D glass, an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. Along with this, the device would also include AI integration, 3x carrier aggregation, always on voice as well as turbocharging technology. Interestingly, apart from this leaked information, another user, also shared some translated additional information.
According to the BGR, the leaked member information includes features of the device. The Moto X 2017 would come as a 5.5-inch display screen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, 64 GB of internal storage, 4GB RAM along with a 3800mAh battery, fingerprint sensor, and laser autofocus camera. Even though Motorola refers to the Moto X 2017 device as the flagship device in its leaked video, the Snapdragon 660 processor suggests the device would compete with other mid-range devices in the market.
There have been several leaks of the Moto X 2017 earlier, but the current leak might be the actual device since there are dual cameras showed in the image. Also, the LED has been placed on top of the device and not the bottom and no antenna lines are present across the back of the device.
