AMD Radeon RX Vega Release Finally Confirmed For Computex Event

After the rumors regarding AMD's upcoming AMD Radeon RX Vega GPU making its first appearance in the Computex event, several sources have finally confirmed that it will be revealed on this coming May 30th. Alongside it will be the X399 Platform for HEDT processors and a lot of other updates and new products.

After the long wait, consumers will get to see how the AMD Radeon RX Vega fares in real-life gaming application this coming May 31st at the Computex Event, which is going to be held in Taipei. AMD's official announcement says, "Computex 2017 is fast approaching so we wanted to share a save-the-date for the AMD press conference, scheduled for May 31st from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m."

Hosted by AMD CEO, Dr. Lisa Su, and other key AMD executives, everyone will be having an opportunity to hear more about the latest products and leading-edge technologies coming from AMD in 2017. The past year has seen AMD bringing modernism and competition back to the high-performance desktop market with the release of Ryzen CPU and now AMD is looking forward to providing new details on 2017 products and the ecosystems, both OEM and channel, that will support them.

The AMD Radeon RX Vega will be the next flagship GPU from AMD after the two-year gap. This AMD RX Vega GPU is going to deliver considerably better performance with HBM2 memory with a completely new architecture. With 8 GB of HBM2 and 2048-bit bus along with a 12.5 TFLOPS horsepower, the RX Vega GPU is said to be one of the fastest that could even be on par with Nvidia's GTX 1080, according to Telegiz.

In addition to AMD's Radeon RX Vega, other exhibitors in the upcoming Computex event include Nvidia, Intel, Microsoft, Dell and other major company from the US and locally. The Computex event will be running from May 30th up to June 3rd.
