This new entry-level Nougat smartphone has begun selling at AT&T for just under $180. This is the first time the company has taken promoting its lower budget smartphones seriously.

There is no denying that Samsung has always been known for setting examples of high-end smartphones manufacturing. But this latest move from the company suggests it is now also focusing on a higher output on its lower-budget smartphones. The latest Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) is one such example of lower budget smartphones to go under the new scheme of promotion and marketing. The device goes on sale at AT&T for $179.99. There is also a monthly based payment scheme for interested buyers. A $6 monthly payment, continuing for 30 months will definitely attract some buyers who do not want to spend big at once.

According to Android Police, Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) is an entry-level Nougat smartphone. The device will be powered by Samsung's own Exynos 7570 processor with a clock-speed of 1.4 GHz. It will have a memory of 1.5 GB with an internal space of 16 GB, which can be expanded up to 256 GB through microSD card. The device will carry a 5 inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.

Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) will offer a 5MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera. It will run on Android Nougat 7.0. It is a decent smartphone for any new user or to gift someone. The payment scheme makes it an attractive option for many buyers.
