Google, the internet giant, is about to roll out three brand new Pixel series smartphones later this year. Back in the last year, Google launched Pixel and Pixel XL. Now Google is working on three Google Pixel successors- Pixel 2, Pixel XL 2 and XL3, codenamed as- Muskie, Walleye, and Taimen. Recently, the Google device Taimen has allegedly spotted on Geekbench 4.1 and a very little detail about Taimen's processor and RAM is deciphered.
According to GSM Arena, the latest online database Geekbench 4.1 has reported that the upcoming Pixel device Google Taimen is made by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 and has Octa-Core CPU with 1.9GHz speed. The report of Geekbench also stated that the device Taimen has 3.5 GB storage, which means it is paired with 4 GB RAM. The Single-Core score of Google Taimen is 1804, while the Multi-Core score is 6248.
It's also circulated that the mystery Google device Taimen will be the most expensive among the three upcoming Pixel devices. Probably the Taimen will boast a bigger screen than the Muskie and Walleye. It's also expected that all the three upcoming Pixel devices will provide low-light camera facility as well as waterproof resistance.
According to The Indian Tribune, it's recently reported that all the Pixel successors will possess either IP 67 or IP 68 certification. Further reports of Geekbench have comprised that Taimen seems to run on the latest Android version of Android "O". So it's quite clear that after the release of the final version of Android "O", Google Taimen will be unveiled. Hopefully, Google will unveil the detailed specifications of Taimen, Walleye, and Muskie at this year's annual I/O Event. Though nothing is confirmed officially.
Geekbench report only gave details about the Google device Taimen. The other two Pixel devices are the direct successor of Pixel and Pixel XL, while it is circulated that the Google Taimen could be the successor of Nexus 6. So, it's cleared that Google device Taimen is the third-gen smartphone. The price of the product is still a mystery.
