Google Pixel 2 Specs, Leaks: Latest Concept Hints That Google Will Double Down On Key Pixel Feature

There are lots of smartphone concepts videos flooding YouTube at this time of year, as designers try to imagine next smartphones. Now it turns out the Google Pixel 2, which is getting plenty of attention from designers as well, and the latest mockup is outstanding.

The latest concept video is coming from the Concept Creator and reveals that the Google Pixel 2 in the form of a teaser than an actually revealed phone. In the teaser concept, the smartphone can be seen with a dual-camera on the rear side, which might provide some foreshadowing that the actual device could feature two lenses on the back side which will allow the user to take advantage of in-depth camera features. Hardware stabilization in cameras coupled with IP68 water-resistance as a bare minimum should be expected from the upcoming Google Pixel 2, according to the WccFtech.

Right now there is very little information regarding the Google Pixel 2 has been revealed in leaks but it is a feeling that the phone will be coming with a Snapdragon 835. However, there are rumors that there is a cheaper variant of the Google Pixel 2 in the works but it is doubtful that Google and HTC will entertain such a move for the public, as reported by BGR.

The concept video of Google Pixel 2 also seems to imply the phone will have a full-screen design that is one other major trend for flagship smartphones this year. The upcoming smartphone is expected to pack an OLED display just like the original Pixel.

Unlike some of its competitors, the Google Pixel 2 is pretty much a mystery at this point. However, currently, only the code names of upcoming Google phones are known. Google has also told a few months before that the smartphone will be releasing this fall, with a price tag that is in line with its premium status.
