According to Ubergizmo, SNK will increase "The King of Fighters XIV" lifespan by bringing it over to PC via Steam. This news was currently announced at a press conference and through a tweet on May 9. With this, alternate costumes and appearances, graphical overhauls, more characters including characters from other games, hitbox fixes, animations, and slowly mods for those who like a specific fighting pace and constant thread of new content is now available via the modding community.
According to Gematsu, this is a smart move by SNK, but it comes in as a no-brainer given that it was kind of obvious that the game will hit PC like Blazblue, Guilty Gear, and other recent combat fighting games.
