The "Dota 2" Battle Pass for The International 2017 is a content package that helps fund the multimillion dollar pool prize for the game's world championship this coming summer. This Battle Pass will include access to a co-operative campaign. Here there is the calendar of all the matches for the tournament.

According to Digital Trends, The Battle Pass went on sale last Friday, May 5, 2017, and already raised $5.8 million for The International's pool prize. The campaign is called as the Siltbreaker, billed as a two-act journey into the blackest depths of Dark Reef; Chapter one, if Siltbreaker arrives later within this May and Act 2, will come in July.

This all new campaign calls upon a player to party up with at least three friends or queue-met allies to battle through a diverse landscape of loathsome monsters, lethal terrors, and cunning traps. Campaign XP will be awarded each play; a Desert Sands Baby Roshan as an ultimate prize on the Wheel of Awards, an XP booster is also available at Battle Level 165.

"Dota 2" Battle Pass also quests this year to get team objectives for the entire group to complete over single or multiple games, in which there are numerous completion goals that also offers certain rewards. There's a ton of other content that will be featured with the Battle Pass where it's best to see the official site for all of the details.

According to Kotaku, The Battle Pass also includes The Compendium; it is a digital companion to the tournament with predictions/bracket features, competitor bios, tournament info, and a fantasy esports. This Battle Pass is offered at Level 1 for only $9.99 and Level 75 for $36.99. Players may purchase additional level in lots of 5, 11 and 24 for $2.49, $4.99 and $9.99 respectively. Meanwhile, The International 2017 will be held at KeyArena in Seattle this coming Aug. 7, 2017.

This Battle Pass is not a terrible way to try and convince people to pick up for only $10. It will be sure that there'll be those with no interest in "Dota 2" as a whole who will be keen to try out an actual story-driven video game released by Valve.
