Samsung Galaxy Note 8 will not be the first smartphone arriving with the dual camera set up at the rear. The latest information suggests that the company will load the dual camera set up in the Samsung Galaxy C Series. However, the variant of the smartphone is unknown.
According to a Chinese report first cited by the Playfuldroid hints the details of the dual camera that is likely to be featured in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy C smartphone. As per the leaked drawing of an unnamed Samsung Galaxy C smartphone, gives exact details on how the smartphone will look from the back.
The drawing shows that the smartphone holds a vertically arranged dual rear camera, a LED flash and the antenna bands at the top and bottom. There are speculations made that the smartphone back will a full metallic chassis with the location of fingerprint scanner at the front as the drawing does not show it in the rear.
According to GSMArena, the rumors suggest that the Samsung Galaxy C smartphone will take the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC which is speculated to arrive with dual camera support. The US company has already sent press invites for an event on May 9 in China, where the company will officially announce the Snapdragon 660 chipset.
There are rumors that the Snapdragon 660 processor has already powered the Smartphone, which is yet to hit the tech market such as Oppo R11, Redmi Pro 2, Nokia 7/8 and more that are rumored to house dual rear cameras.
There were high expectations that the company would release the dual camera set up in the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ and there were tons of rumors on the same. Later, it was the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 smartphone, which was rumored to arrive with the dual camera. Currently, it is the Samsung Galaxy C series, which is tipped to arrive with the new camera set up.
However, it is unknown that which of these Samsung Galaxy C variants might get the dual camera set up. It might be the Samsung Galaxy C5 or C7 or C8 or C9 smartphones. It is also unknown that what type of dual camera the smartphone will take. It could be the dual camera - wide angle or zoom or B&W or something else.
