This fall, one of the biggest Nintendo Switch game will be the "Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle." It is a game that has been speculated for quite some time and does indeed true. The report was claimed by art assets from Kotaku, claiming that the game will mix Nintendo's iconic plumber with characters from Ubisoft's popular Rabbids series.
According to Nintendo Wire, Ubisoft is now developing "Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle" on the publisher's proprietary Snowdrop engine. However, the person who sent Kotaku's assets asked them not to share publicly; it is due to the company's corroborate existence of a bizarre crossover RPG which is currently scheduled to come to Nintendo Switch in either August or September, this year.
"Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle" selling points appear to be a turn-based combat, a goofy sense of humor, and a two-player local coop game. Previous reports illustrated an art that features Mario and friends wielding guns that shoot laser beams.
"Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle" will have apparently eight playable characters including Mario, Yoshi, Luigi, Peach, and four bizarre Rabbids dressed up as Mario, Yoshi, Peach, and Luigi. The existence of this "Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle" crossover was first reported by Laura Kate Dale, who became known over the past year for making several rumors about the Nintendo Switch that includes some correct specifics on the console's hardware, as noted by Destructoid.
However, many Laura Kate Dale's software speculations turned out to be false, but she nailed this one. Players will soon experience a "Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle" this coming E3; unless Ubisoft decides to announce it earlier than the event.
Apparently, a French website called GameBlog was actually first to discover this speculation of "Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle," by naming it as "a Yoshi / Rabbid Rabbits Crossover" in this full of speculation reports. Both Ubisoft and Nintendo didn't release any official announcement yet. Stay tuned for more updates as both companies will reveal the game.
