Players of “Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III” could expect stability and performance improvement for the game from AMD. It would be the result of the release by the game developer of the 17.4.4 driver of the Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition.
Tom’s Hardware reports that the 17.4.4 driver of the Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition improves the performance of “Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III” by seven percent. The claim is based on measurements done using the Radeon RX 580 8GB graphics compared to the older version of the driver, the 17.4.3. AMD performed the driver tests on a system that runs on an Intel 17 5960x CPU with the 16GB DDR4-2666MHz system.
Compatible with 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows 10, 64-bit version of Windows 8.1, and 32- and 64-bit versions – provided it is SP1 or higher - of Windows 7, the 17.4.4 driver of the Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition fixed some issues. Among the issues of “Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III” the new driver fixed are a corruption of some screens when players used HDMI scaling and stuttering in Multi-GPU mode for 4K display resolutions that used DirectX 11.
Digital Trends adds that the 17.4.4 driver of the Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition of “Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III” also fixed the HDR colors in “Mass Effect: Andromeda” which could seem like incorrect for computers with the latest Windows 10 Creators Edition update. For Radeon Settings under the more/less help section, the driver fixed some incorrect or not available feature descriptions.
Finally, the 17.4.4 driver of the Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition of “Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III” fixed the reboot prompt after the Radeon Software was installed on AMD XConnect technology system configurations, Hexus reports. The game is backed by Relic Entertainment and Sega and a PC exclusive.
