The launch story of Sony PlayStation 5 is now under the carpet because Sony has not approved anything about PlayStation 5 update yet. But Sony is focusing on only one thing and that is the quality development of games. So, it's not hard to guess about the Sony PlayStation 5 update.

According to Value Walk, Macquarie Capital Securities analyst Damian Thong happened to have mentioned that Sony is about to release the next-gen Sony PlayStation 5 by the second half of 2018. It is worth to mention here Damian Thong- is that person who predicted accurately about PS4 nine months ahead, PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro one month ahead of their respective launches. So, people can easily rely on Thong's prediction about Sony PlayStation 5.

With the PS4's release, last year and the PS4 console is still a very popular gaming console, it's now so confusing that why Sony will release the next-gen Sony PlayStation 5 in late 2018. Maybe Sony's view of quality augmentation of the gaming console or Sony's market competition with Microsoft Scorpio and Nintendo can answer the cause behind Sony PlayStation 5's launch.

According to Forbes, reports stated that without Thong's prediction about Sony PlayStation 5, they have no other details to share. Console's underlying architecture depicts that the PS4 has the custom, AMD-Built x86 multi-core processor and AMD GPU and the same chips as PC. So it's clear that as this time Sony wants to be one step ahead, the upcoming Sony PlayStation 5 update will possess more-powerful processor, faster GPU, faster/huge memory, more storage capacity, higher resolution (4k), smooth framerate, more complex physics and AL, more efficient apps, and quicker level load with responsive UX.

Sony has not announced anything about the Sony PlayStation 5. After the huge success of PS4 series of Sony, it's hardly the time when Sony will release the new Sony PlayStation 5 update.
