ZTE Max XL With Android 7.1.1, 3,990mAh battery Available On Boost Mobile At $101.99

ZTE has introduced Max XL smartphone in the tech market. The smartphone is the first on Boost Mobile with Sprint's HPUE technology which directly improves the LTE coverage and performance. The smartphone running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat has a price tag of $129 and it is available on Boost Mobile at $101.99 having a promotional discount of $28.

According to ZDNet, Jeff Yee, the vice president of technology, planning and partnerships at ZTE USA described the criteria based on which the ZTE Max XL smartphone has been built. It is reported that High-speed connectivity, a big screen, and a big battery are the top three criteria considered by ZTE while working with Boost Mobile.

The ZTE Max XL features a 6-inch full-HD LCD display 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels. The smartphone is amazingly designed with the fingerprint scanner located at the back and the speakers are placed at the bottom part of the back face. The power and volume buttons are located on the right edge of the smartphone. The smartphone has overall dimensions of 165.1mm in length, 83.82mm in width, 9.3mm thick and weighs 180grams.

According to Boost Mobile, the ZTE Max XL is powered by 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 435 SoC paired with a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage. The storage can be further expanded via microSD card slot up to 128GB. The processor was launched along with Snapdragon 425 and Snapdragon 625 chipsets in February 2016.The smartphone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and is incorporated with 3,990mAh battery which is claimed to have a talk time of 26.6 hours.

The ZTE Max XL features a 13-megapixel rear facing camera with flash and a 5-megapixel front selfie shooter for video chats. The connectivity features include 4G LTE, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Stay tuned for more updates on ZTE smartphones.
