Tesla’s Android App Update: Powerwall 2 That Can Store Up To 14Kwh

Recently, Tesla has released an update for its iOS and Android apps that will bring joy to those who owns a Powerwall product. The app now displays a bunch of useful info that includes a real-time data on solar power generation, household energy consumption, as well as battery power flow.

According to The Verge, it will as let consumers know when a power outage occurs and the Powerwall battery kicks in to keep the lights on. Tesla's Powerwall 2 is a built-in inverter that allows for easier connection of solar panels to a home energy grid. Up to nine Powerwalls can be interconnected that can be wall or ground mounted either inside or out.
