Android 7.1 In Oneplus 3T Is Smoothing Out Bumpy Movements In A Video

Android 7.0 is still making inroads in the market and the makers have not taken any rest it seems. Android 7.1 is set to storm the mobile phone sector and its ability to flat out any disturbance in a video is making headlines.

As per GSM Arena, it didn't seem to believe what the makers had to say and they tested the quality of a video using Android 7.0 and 7.1 respectively. The test shows that the quality differs only when it is running on 1080p. However, in a general perspective, the video running on 7.1 Android has an added clarity to it.

Moreover,  Gadgets Desk ran a similar test and the results did not differ at all. Android 7.0 or 7.1, it has insignificant bearings on 4k clips. However, the performance of OnePlus 3T is said to have enhanced manifolds with updated security measures and bugs fixing features. OnePlus 3T will be the first Smartphone to incorporate Android 7.1.

It should be noted that the tests were taken in grinding circumstances as there were lots of movements, which are hard to smooth out even with the best of technologies. Tests taken in ideal conditions would provide better results. However, the feature seems to eradicate haziness in a picture and the camera quality also seems to be upgraded.

Recombu has conducted a test of its own and in the video posted it can be seen that the "popping effect" has been reduced to an extent. The up and down movements have been canceled out as well when shot in 1080p mode.

Overall, the introduction of Android 7.1 will enable viewers to watch a video without any bumpy effect and the extra security features will also add to its competitiveness. It will be interesting to see how the consumers take on this stability feature. Meanwhile, for more updates on Android 7.1 stay tuned with us!
