Latest updates reveal that the Windows 10 Creators Update will roll out soon to 13 devices. According to reports, Microsoft has released a list comprising of 13 phone that will receive the new Windows 10 Creators Update on April 25.
The developer recently launched the Windows 10 Creators Update for computers. however, it seems that Microsoft has been working actively and is now ready to make the update available for its smartphone. Although this is an amazing update for some users, it might not be for others, as the developer only listed 12 phones with the exception of others.
According to GSMArena, it is unfortunate that the new Windows 10 Creators Update will not roll out to users of other Windows phone. In fact, it is likely that the Creators Update will never be available for devices not included in the list. However, it is reported that Microsoft's Windows Insider chief, Dona Sarkar made some remarks which are intended to ease the tension among users whose devices were not included in the list.
"We recognize that many Insiders will be disappointed to see their device is no longer supported. We looked at feedback from our Windows Insiders and realized that we were not providing the best possible experience for our customers on many older devices," Sakar said. He continued to state that it helped the developer to determine the devices that should necessarily be supported for the Windows 10 Creators Update.
He added that they are continually putting the feedbacks of users into consideration so as to provide the best experience for all Microsoft customers. According to Tech Radar, the devices that will receive the Windows 10 Creators Update based on Microsoft listing include Microsoft Lumia 640, HP Elite x3 and Microsoft Lumia 950 XL.
The list also comprises of Microsoft Lumia 550, Alcatel Idol 4s, Microsoft Lumia 950, Alcatel Fierce XL, and SoftBank 503LV. Microsoft Lumia 640 XL, NuAns Neo, MouseComputer MADOSMA Q601, Microsoft Lumia 650 and VAIO Phone Biz are also included in the list. The Windows 10 Creators Update for these 13 smartphones is expected to roll out on April 25.
