Motorola C & C Plus: All You Need To Know About Motorola’s Next Line Of Smartphones

Apr 17, 2017 08:54 AM EDT

Moto C and Moto C plus are rumored to be the lowest budget smartphone to be built by Lenovo-owned Motorola. Android Nougat based operating system smartphone series, will by far be the cheapest. Motorola, since its brief absence from the global smartphone market, the company has regained its popularity with both low and medium budget phones starting from the E series.

As per written in News 18, both C and C plus will come with a 5-inch display size with the resolution of C being 854x480 pixels, and C plus tuning well with 1280x720 pixels. Moto C and C plus will both run on MediaTek Chipsets with the latter only available in 4G LTE. The Internal storage of C is marked at 8GB and 16GB with 1GM RAM, and the price might vary accordingly. However, C plus only allows 16GB space and gives the luxury to choose from 1GB and 2GB RAM.

With many aspects of the phone closely related, the Moto C plus comes with a bullish 4000 mAH battery whereas C is powered by a mere 2350 mAH battery. The availability of Turbocharging is still unsure.

C comes with a 5MP back camera and a 2MP front camera. The Cameras are rumored to be HD with standard resolutions. C plus will be amped up a little with 8MP back camera and 2MP front camera as per Uber Gizmo.

It will be interesting to see how well the smartphone fares as the usage of Android Nougat on such a low budget phone seems to tickle the brains of many techies.  This could be considered as the sole attraction of this set with a 32-bit quad-core processor for C and 64-bit quad-core processor for C plus.

The display seems to be a little mainstream with both the phones bulking up a little. The regular micro-USB port sitting pretty at the top with speakers embedded at the back as shown in Pocket Lint.

The price seems to settle under 100$ which will be appealing to the consumers. It seems Motorola are well on course to dazzle the market with its new launch which is scheduled later this year.
