The wait is almost over for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. Several reports indicate that pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus may arrive before the official release on April 21 as announced previously.
Reports in Phone Arena indicate that the T-Mobile announcement was notified to customers who have pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. The carrier sent out messages to their subscribers stating that they will start shipment of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus on April 19. This is surprisingly two days prior to the official release in the US which was originally set for April 21.
Previously, T-Mobile was also able to distribute pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S7 a full week in advance its official release. Also this year, they have started shipping the LG G6 last March 24 which is two weeks earlier from the official announcement. It just goes to show that T-Mobile has a very good track record of beating its competition when it comes to shipping out products early. And now, reports show that it's doing the similar approach with the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus.
Further reports from Slash Gear share that as of the moment, there is no news yet from other carriers regarding the shipments of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. However, it is speculated that other carriers will most likely have the same plan as T-Mobile. We will just have to wait and see for further announcements from other carriers regarding this shipment news.
We will look forward to more reports in the future regarding shipment news about the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. Meantime, T-Mobile subscribers will soon receive their pre-orders of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus as promised.
