Motorola's Moto C and Moto C Plus have recently reported its specifications and images which are both low-end and ultra-budget. Motorola achieved its recent success in the low-end to mid-range areas in the smartphone spectrum. This recently leaked handset will be one of the most affordable handsets in the company.

According to Venture Beat, Motorola Moto C and Moto C Plus will target the first-time smartphone buyers. Both devices were made with a 5-inch display which is seemingly odd noting that Plus variants often come with a much bigger screen. The upcoming Moto C Plus perhaps refers to a specification bumps where it will be equipped with a 720p resolution against the Moto C's lower resolution 480p screen; strikingly low but apt for its budget smartphone category.

Besides wearing a higher-resolution screen, Moto C Plus variants will also feature 4G LTE connectivity and a 64-bit 1.3 GHz quad-core processor while the standard Moto C will sport a 32-bit processor clocked at 1.3 GHz. Both devices will carry MediaTek. However, there will be offered an option for a 4G-capable Moto C and will feature the same 64-bit chip on the Moto C Plus albeit at a lower clock speed of 1.1 GHz.

The Moto C will only carry 1GB of RAM even for the 4G version while the Moto C Plus will have 2GB. The RAM on the Moto C Plus will vary from region to region, giving a chance that the Moto C Plus could ship with only 1GB of RAM in the markets. The Moto C was speculated either 8 or 16GB capacity while the Moto C Plus has 16GB; all variants will be equipped with expandable storage. However, the exact capacity remains unannounced.

According to Engadget, the Moto C Plus will be a battery powerhouse with its 4,000mAh capacity which is a lot considering that its specs won't drain the battery too much while the standard Moto C will sport a significantly lower 2,350mAh battery capacity. As for its camera specifications, the Moto C will carry a 5MP camera with flash but autofocus functionality will only be available on the 4G version; with its 2MP camera on the front for selfie purposes. Moto C Plus' frontal camera will be the same as its standard model while its rear camera will sport up to 8MP. Both these handsets will be soon available in black, red, white, and gold.
