After the release of LG's first flagship device for 2017, the LG G6, it seems that the South Korean company has another trick up its sleeve. Images of LG's rumored flagship phablet of the year, the LG V30, recently surfaced online. Leaked renders of the LG V30 shows a very notable feature that might make it one of the most desired selfie camera smartphones phones to hit the market.
LG is deemed to be the leader when it comes to dual cameras. It was one of the pioneers of Android manufacturers to introduce this feature on its devices. Devices like the LG G5, LG V20 and newest LG G6 all have this feature. Science World Report shares, images of the LG V30 front panel show two holes for the device's front-facing camera. LG V30's predecessor LG V20 already includes a dual-lens rear camera. But, with the LG V30 sporting, a daring 4-camera system appears to be a very bold move by LG. Also, having the dual-lens camera configuration both in front and back of the LG V30 might be a great news for smartphone photography aficionados.
Other reports claim that the images also indicate cutouts that appear to correspond to the LG V30's secondary display feature. If the leaked images are accurate, it does make sense for LG to keep the secondary display feature for the LG V30 after all. According to GSM Arena, in terms of design, the secondary Always-On display feature will separate LG's V-series from its competitors. This will be most likely be much appreciated by fans of the device.
LG V30 is reported to have Qualcomm's newest Snapdragon 835 chipset processor. A 6GB RAM and improved DAC are also rumored to be included. However, no further reports yet as to when the LG V30 will be officially launched.
