Marshadow, one of the seven Generation 7 legendary and mythical monsters, may soon be available on “Pokemon Sun and Moon.” Although the fighting/ghost type Pokemon has been known by gamers since November when dataminers pulled out its vitals then, the creature was finally announced formally through a new teaser video.

QR Code

Polygon speculates that Marshadow could be offered in the same way as another monster, Magearna, which was made available to “Pokemon Sun and Moon” players through a QR code. Marshadow cannot be captured in a normal gameplay, according to a Pokemon news release.

The upcoming “Pokemon Sun and Moon” character Marshadow, known for its Z-Move, or known as the “Soul-Stealing 8-Star Strike, was seen in the latest trailer of “I Choose You!” According to GameSpot, the monster “punches and kicks the target consecutively with full force.”

Next Pokemon Movie

It is the next Pokemon movie scheduled to launch in Japan in mid-July. But in the game, the mythical monster would be seen in “Pokemon Sun and Moon.” In the movie trailer, gamers would catch Marshadow at around the 33-second mark.

Escapist Magazine adds that Marshadow has Technician ability. The area around the head of this monster is similar to a headgear. The bulb on its arms as well as its face would turn green when it attacks or uses the Z-Move in “Pokemon Sun and Moon.”

VG247 says that according to Nintendo, more details about the “Pokemon Sun and Moon’s” newest character, Marshadow, would be announced at a future date. The eventual announcement would include details on the new Pokemon and how to acquire the monster. Datamining on the Alolan adventure led to the discovery by gamers of Marshadow.
