LG has just released a new teaser for G6 and it shows all the new and impressive features the new model will come with. Although previous units of the unit didn’t really have a good track record, it looks like LG has turned the tables around and demonstrate just how G6 has improved in its latest promotional video.
In the video, LG G6 shows all the new things that users can expect from the unit. This includes a big screen sculpted in an aluminum and glass body. It comes with Dolby Vision so it's ideal not just for viewing but even for gaming activities. It also comes with Quad HD+ picture quality so viewers get authentic watching experience.
The video also showed off the LG in a Rube Goldberg machine to test the authenticity of the gadget’s new feature. The test checks just how durable LG G6 is when exposed to water, dust, 1-meter drops, heat and freezing temperature, battery performance, and even its technical performance like its Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 and the Wide Angle feature in both of its camera.
Aside from the ones mentioned in the video, the new LG model also features Google Assistant where users can engage in a two-way conversation with the assistant. Users can now ask a question and even make a request from the unit. It will also come with Android 7.0 (Nougat) operating software so users can expect better productivity, improved experience, and performance according to Android Police. The new unit also has a Fingerprint ID for added security and QSlide that allows users to use two windows simultaneously.
At the moment, LG G6 units are available in different retailers including At&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Verizon, and soon can also be bought in LG Unlocked, Amazon, Best Buy and B&H. It's available in two colors, black, and platinum.
