Tech giant, Xiaomi would be announcing several smartphones in 2017. These include the most awaited Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus and Mi 6, Mi Max 2 and more. Even though the specifications about Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus have been doing the rounds on the internet, a ton of people is still excited to know about the latest specs leak for the Xiaomi Mi Max 2.
As per reports, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is the successor of Xiaomi Mi Max. The device has been recently revealed on GFXBench and the listing has a lot to say about this latest device. Interestingly, the smartphone would be known as "Xiaomi Oxygen" and would run on Android Nougat 7.1.1 with MIUI layer.
Coming to the specification of the device, 6.4-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. As per GSMArena, the listing even claimed the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 would sport Snapdragon 626 processor, unlike its predecessor. Interestingly, Adreno 506 would take care of the graphics department of the device. It would include a 4GB RAM along with 128GB of internal storage. There would also be a 6GB RAM with Snapdragon 660 SOC. However, users can also opt to extend the storage through the MicroSD card slot.
Also, the 6.44 metal giant would have an edge over its predecessor Snapdragon 625 even though it would support lesser performance. Interestingly, it would retain the battery efficiency and would include a 5000mAh battery, NDTVGadgets360.com. The phablet would include a Sony IMX378 Camera with 12 megapixels for the rear camera. It would be similar to the one included in Mi5. The price would be around $215 to $245.
Along with this, users would also get a 5-megapixell front camera for effortless selfies. It also features LED flash and autofocus feature. The rear camera even supports the chance to capture 4K videos with 3840x2160 pixels resolution. In case of connectivity, Xiaomi Mi Max 2 isn't far behind. It includes GPS, WiFi Connectivity, Accelerometer, Digital Compass, Pedometer, Proximity sensor and more.
