Nintendo confirmed on Sunday that a new game, “Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop,” would release on May 16 in North America on its 3DS console. The digital release would come out after two days. The new game was developed with Office Create, a Japanese development studio.

60 Different Recipes Across 160 Mini Games

Players of “Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop” on Nintendo 3DS would be able to create a wide range of sweet treats and mouth-watering desserts. The new game would have more than 60 different recipes spread across 160 different mini-games, Express reports. By using the stylus, gamers could slice, bake and decorate their baked goodie.

To blow and cool the newly baked pastries in “Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop,” players could use their microphones. Customers would be happy to see a wide array of delicious sweets and puddings. The expansion of the shop depends on the volume of sweets created and completed by the player.

Remaster Of Original “Darksiders” Game

Besides the announcement of the “Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop” for the Nintendo 3DS, the Wii U would also have a new game. “Darksiders Warmastered Edition” is set for release on May 23. Priced at $19.99, the action RPG is a remaster of the original “Darksiders” that features HD resolution and performance improvement, Express adds.

If “Cooking Mama: Sweet Shop” is a game of sweets, “Darksiders Warmastered Edition” would be a game about demonic forces that defeat the heavenly hosts and claim the Earth. A description of the upcoming Wii U game says after War, the first Horseman of the Apocalypse, is deceived by evil forces into bringing prematurely the end of the world, the horseman would be accused of breaking the sacred law by inciting Heaven and Hell to a war.

While waiting for the new game, “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild,” released on March 3 with Nintendo Switch, has also been rated as the best Wii U game of all time. The British daily adds that the rune codes of the game were deciphered recently by fans, while the NES mini Edition has a secret code for hacker and a thank you message is hidden on the D-pad of the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller.
