How to set a password: Notes app once barely noticed and useless among Apple iPhone users. However, in iOS 10 you can use this app to hide a secret from your friend simply setting a password. First tick the share button located at the upper right corner, once ticked you'll see the lock note icon at the bottom of the screen. Then, tap it and it will require you to set up your password, click done.

But if you decided to remove the lock of the note, the same process goes. Just tap the share button and at the bottom of the screen, click removes the lock.

How to collaborate in real-time: Most of Apple iPhone users aren't aware of this feature of Notes App, however, in iOS 10, it allows you and your contacts to work, edit and see some changes in one note. To do this, first, you have to add contacts in a note-in-progress by simply tapping the collaboration icon that is located at the upper right corner of the screen. Then, choose either from iMessage or email contacts, after that, the contact you chose will receive a link, which will redirect them to the note-in-progress.
