After gaining a wide popularity with G series, Lenovo has now decided to renovate its E series. This is an interesting move by the company that is surely going to grab the attention of Moto lovers.
According to Android Authority, a pair of new Motorola devices has seen passing through the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The devices are believed to represent the upcoming Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus.
The FCC listings are for devices with model numbers XT1762 (Moto E4) and XT1773 (Moto E4 Plus), with the latter, believed to house a 5,000 mAh battery - that would be the largest ever in a Motorola smartphone. Tipster Roland Quandt has also tweeted regarding this and mentioned that the E4 Plus will feature a MediaTek SoC.
The alleged Moto E4 listing is suggesting that the device will contain a 2,800 mAh battery and run on the Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. According to Phone Arena, the Moto E4 might include 16 GB of internal storage, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, and Dual SIM capabilities.
We can treat Moto E4 Plus as an elder sibling of the Moto E4 that was already seen spotted in the FCC certification. Lenovo owned Moto E4 Plus is also known for having the major energy charge by providing a non-removable battery of 5000 mAh in and Android 7.0 Nougat support, as per Indian Express.
According to GSM Arena, the connectivity option in the smartphones it supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 802.11-n, signal line type USB cable connectivity, earphone port, 4G LTE, Bluetooth Low Energy having a version of v4.2. Lenovo Moto E4 was spotted on the FCC website previous features 16GB onboard storage and a battery capacity of 4000mAh.
Besides all this, the rumors claim that the Moto E4 and Moto E4 Plus could be the sequels to the last year's Moto E3 and E3 Power. At present, no other information is available, but this pair is expected to hit the market soon after clearing FCC certification.
