With the way that things work in the gadget world, fans will easily know that a tech company will be launching a new model when the price of its previous release dwindles down drastically. Because of this, consumers have taken the liberty of assuming that the next iPad model will be launched by Apple soon.

Back in February of this year, fans were in the hype of the iPad mini 5's long-awaited release. However, it appears that the guys from Apple may be cooking something different in their kitchen as the release of the fifth mini takes a back seat from their priorities.

The iPad mini 5 is set to be the newest baby in the 7.9 inch iPad lineup from the tech giant. According to Macworld, many Apple analysts including Ming-Chi Kuo claim that there may be another device on its way that Apple would like to introduce to the public given the current buying trend. This device, softly released as the iPad Pro mini was a real pleasant surprise to fans. There were reportedly three iPad models anticipated to be released last month; a 10-inch iPad, 12.9-inch iPad Pro, and a 9.7-inch iPad. Because of these new models, the arrival of the iPad mini 5 was no longer given the spotlight when the analysts failed to mention its name in the upcoming lists of new releases.

Dubbed as the smallest iPad version yet, the iPad mini 5 remains to be in question if it will still be enjoying some limelight anytime soon. The public was no doubt in delight of the two recent releases from the Apple guys: the iPhone7 Red and the 9.7 inch iPad, in an article by Mirror. In addition, the recent popularity of phablets launched in the past year has proved to be more than a wave of a fad in the digital business. For this reasons, Apple may have held off the iPad mini 5 that it has not made its way to their online store.
