Fresh rumors emerge online allege that Nokia will be unveiling a new smartphone in June this year. It will be called as Nokia 8 that, at least according to the reports, is very powerful on paper. Nokia is planning to release more and more Android smartphones into the market, but with the same build quality, they're known for.
It seems that according to rumors from China, Nokia backed by HMD are planning to launch the Nokia 8 with the likely inclusion of the latest Snapdragon 835 processor from Qualcomm. The report from Trusted Reviews claims there will be two devices, the Nokia 8 and the 8 Plus likely indicating that the 'Plus' variant will only be an increment in the phone's display and also possibly, internal storage.
A Chinese blog alleges that Nokia will be unveiling the Nokia 8 smartphone sometime in June this year also claiming that the two devices will be identical even in its design that will reportedly be an all-metal build with a dual-camera configuration on the rear which is an increasing trend nowadays. Nokia's previous releases in no way, been flagship smartphones of Nokia for this year.
Meanwhile, other reports from Pocketnow indicate that the smaller variant of the Nokia 8 will be equipped with a smaller screen and 4GB of memory while its bigger competition will have 6GB RAM. Both the phones will sport a 23MP rear-facing camera that will have a dual-lens configuration and will be offering at a starting price of US $580 while the larger device will be priced at US $650.
At the moment, there's no teaser from the Finnish manufacturer yet but that said everything related to the Nokia 8 will only be considered rumors until the manufacturer reveals about it. Nokia, however, has continued to stress that their renaissance in the mobile industry has just begun openly claiming all speculations are welcome.
