Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Duos Says Hello To Android 7.0 Nougat Update; Details & Features

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 single SIM started receiving the Android 7.0 Nougat last month. The good news is that it's now time for Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Dual-SIM version to receive the Nougat update.

According to GSM Arena, Samsung is now rolling out a new firmware update to the Galaxy Note 5 Dual SIM (SM-N208) which bumps up the software to Android Nougat; the update is being rolled over the air. Arriving as build number N9208XXU3CQC6 to Galaxy Note 5 Dual SIM which is also known as the Samsung Galaxy Note Duos. The update installs the Android 7.0 Nougat OS where it also features the March security patch update.

Once the Android 7.0 Nougat will be installed into Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Duos, users will be automatically greeted with a handful of new features viz split-window mode, improved the user interface, notification controls, and improved settings. Also, the OTA update should reach every owner of Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Duos, instead of waiting, users can perhaps check it up manually by going to phone Settings > about device > System updates.
