Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment along with DC Entertainment have released a video game for "Injustice 2". The combat game stars DC's iconic heroes and villains. Interestingly, the game focuses more on Selina Kyle well known as Catwoman. The game offers a larger than life showdown just like "Injustice: Gods Among Us".
In "Injustice 2" Selina appears to be quite fast and active as expected. She is seen leaping around the stage and clawing Harley Quinn. That's not all, in the trailer she is also seen calling upon a feline companion to scare her rivals. Selina also puts her whip to good use and pulls her opponents closer to fight them. Catwoman is seen riding her motorbike and drags Quinn behind it.
Interestingly, for the first time ever, the gamers can take control of how their characters appear, fight and develop in the "Injustice 2". The game continues the cinematic story that "Injustice: Gods Among Us" started as Batman and his allies works to restore the story while fighting against those who wish to restore Superman's regime.
According to ComingSoon.Net, gamers can play from the biggest DC roster ever offered. These include classic favorite heroes such as Superman, Batman, Supergirl, Aquaman to villains such as Deadshot, Gorilla Grodd, Atrocitus . Apart from this, the battles also take place across iconic locations such as Atlantis, Gotham City and Metropolis.
"Consistently walking the line between hero and villain, Selina Kyle's pilfering past as Catwoman prevents Batman from ever placing his full trust in her. As the ashes of the Regime give rise to the sinister Society, the Caped Crusader must once again speculate where this thieving feline's loyalties lie," GameSpot reported.
"Injustice 2" also highlights Kyle's character as she is shown to possess the ability to summon cats. Also, her bike appears from thin air. The trailer also plays the Gotham City Sirens. Along with this, Harley is seen to suggest Selina to team up with Babs and Kate. However, it is not yet clear who these two characters are. As of now, "Injustice 2" is expected to arrive on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on May 16, 2017.
