India is inarguably one of Xiaomi Inc's biggest markets in the world. And at this point when virtually every smartphone company is going on all fours just to infiltrate the huge South Asian nation, the Chinese mega smartphone manufacturer just couldn't afford to lose most of these prized consumers. As such, Xiaomi is ensuring that everyone gets to experience its upcoming phablet offering, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, days before its official release by heading for a pre-order event.

The Indian Express revealed that Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, India's most popular Xiaomi smartphone, is now scheduled for pre-orders on the company's Mi.com website on April 6. Accordingly, pre-ordering is the firm's strategic approach to accommodate the high demand for the smartphone. In this way, the consumers will have the ability to choose their respective preference sans the situation in which the units might run out of stock during a sale.

Xiaomi has also announced that Xiaomi Redmi Note 4's pre-order is to commence every Friday at 12PM noon. The process only includes an online payment option; no cash-on-delivery alternative is confirmed as of this writing. In addition, interested users will have to create their Mi account on the website. A username and a password are needed in order to successfully pre-book the forthcoming phablet iteration.

For Indian customers who will opt for an offline purchase, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will be available from the local stores in cities of North India, Delhi, Jaipur and Chandigarh. On the other hand, Xiaomi is also working to cater customers who are opting for an offline retail type of purchase.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is expected to come with some of the company's most topnotch features and specifications. These include a 5.5-inch Full HD LCD IPS display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 625. Moreover, the device should come with a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF and a 5MP front-facing snapper. The unit will be powered by a reliable 4100mAh battery.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 will be launched in three variants that will be dependent on their storage. These are 2GB RAM/32GB internal storage, 3GB RAM/32GB, 4GB RAM/64GB. Prices will be ranging from Rs 9,999 to Rs 12,999, as per Gizbot.
