Apple's upcoming iPhones for this year have managed to maintain its stronghold in the rumor mills. As people know already, the Cupertino firm will be celebrating two key events for this year. The first one is the grand opening of their new corporate headquarters called 'Apple Park'.
The second is the fact that Apple will be celebrating their tenth year anniversary of releasing their iconic 'iPhones' which is why iPhone enthusiasts are hoping for Apple to bring out something unique for this year.
Contrary to previous years of iPhone launches, Apple at least according to rumors will be releasing not two but three smartphones. Reports from 9To5Mac indicate that Apple's iPhones for 2017 are expected to be the iPhone 7s, 7s Plus and the iPhone 8.
All three of them are rumored to be equipped with a true-tone display, that's currently present on the 9.7-inch iPad pro tablet. That said, new rumors speculate that the new smartphones might just be termed as 'iPhones Editions' instead of figures.
More details also indicated that Apple is likely introducing the 'facial recognition' feature for the iPhones for this year. The display sector is also witnessing some changes with the LCD panel being replaced for more better and clear OLED panels that will come out with what the report suggests to be a 'full spectral sensing' reportedly helping in achieving the true-color display for the new iPhones.
Meanwhile, other reports from MacRumours claims that its investor bank Barclays reveals that the sensors for the displays on the new iPhones are going to be supplied by an Austrian manufacturer 'AMS'.
These displays use four-channel ambient light sensors to note the reading of light sensitivity in the environment. Augmented reality is also making it into the list of all new additions for iPhone 8 and other devices announced alongside it.
