iOS 10 Final Version Release Preps Preparations For The Big One

The final version of iOS 10.3 is rolling out, the last one for the iOS 10 series. There are several new tweaks with the final version though most are eager to get better upgrades when iOS 11 comes around. All that is not due until June, meaning it would be best to deal with what Apple has recently deployed.

Tweaks and improvement are expected for iOS 10.3 though most are minor. Just the same, it would be best to take note of the added features such as “Find My Airpods” and “Find My iPhone App.” The first one tied up to the Airpods should come in handy for folks who are forgetful or frequently misplace their Airpods. It helps track down the Apple wireless earbuds, Tech Radar reported. Aside from that, it also plays music through each Airpod when one loses it. The “Find My iPhone App” is self-explanatory, something that should come in handy for folks who have multiple apps to manage.

Other features for iOS 10.3 worth keeping tabs with is the Apple ID profile, iCloud storage breakdown, weather in maps, and app compatibility. Lacking the frills, two of the interesting new features are the iCloud storage breakdown and the app compatibility.

With cloud storage booming to date, the improved iCloud storage on iOS 10.3 gives a better view on how Apple device owners manage their storage. A graph at the top of the section should give a better overview on how many gigabytes are left for them to use.

Apps come and go and some may still be hoping for updates. There are some of them already incompatible or passé and singling them out will not be easy. With this new feature on iOS 10.3, the apps that contribute to the sluggish nature of an iPhone or iPad can be identified right from the Settings, BGR reported.

The final version of iOS 10.3 may not be stellar but nevertheless meant to improve iPhone, iPads or iPods performance. But more importantly, Apple users can look forward to a new Apple mobile operating system in a couple of months in the iOS 11 –hopefully better and safer seeing how the iOS 10 has been plagued with security issues.
