Nippon Ichi Software Releases Unannounced and Unnamed Game Teaser Looks Like Minecraft

Nippon Ichi Software recently released a new teaser for their previously unnamed upcoming game. A teaser website was made intended for the title launched with its URL containing the word "Hakoniwa" which means miniature garden in Japanese.

Nippon Ichi Software's trailer brought three-dimensional models of pixelated with a retro style characters as they are like building a home. In the teaser, a group of people was attacked from the sky that leads in an over the top battle between the two groups; involving weapons ranging from swords to large projectile missiles. However, no gameplay was shown but gamers can expect that the title will be a "Minecraft" styled sandbox added with an RPG mechanics.

According to CGMAG Online, there's a recent title that similar to Nippon Ichi Software's unconfirmed title, a game called "Dragon Quest Builders" which is a game that was blended the gameplay mechanics from "Minecraft" with the Popular Japanese Dragon Quest series; along with its own unique features. "Dragon Quest Builder" was released on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita last 2016, acquiring over one million sales worldwide.

Nippon Ichi Software announced earlier this year that the company has a number of new different titles planned for 2017 which the company is now taking various challenges including in a form of developing titles that make use of genres other than the turn based strategy games Nippon Ichi Software was known, as noted by Kotaku.

Meanwhile, a few months ago the company revealed: "Exile Election" which is a horror-themed visual novel intended for PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4. The story revolves around a group of people trapped in an amusement park; people will be forced to choose who among from the group will be exiled until two people can only be survivors.

Another upcoming Nippon Ichi Software title that will hit this year includes "Disgaea 5 Complete" which is a Switch port of the game will be featured all of its DLC content from the original will be launched this coming May 23, 2017. The game was intended to be released for PlayStation 4; digitally on PlayStation Vita and PC through Steam on June 6, 2017.
