We have seen more looks and appearance of Samsung Galaxy S8 because of numerous leaks. The recent reports have claimed that Samsung is going to provide an extended warranty program called Samsung Guard S8. With this program, the company wanted to enhance the user experience by providing prompt and effective services related to the device.
The German site WinFuture is currently trolling the Internet for its hottest Samsung Galaxy S8 leaks. Recently the site even revealed some of the important features and specs of the upcoming device. The reports even included an exclusive program which is specially designed for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 plus users.
The exclusive program is named as Samsung Guard with a logo of "S" carved as a shield. The report claimed that the company will be going to offer this program in countries where the Galaxy S8 will be sold. The program includes repairs of the device within two hours, a warranty period that can be extended the normal version by another year and one-time free replacement of the display.
Besides, the program even offers remote support in order to enhance the user experience. Although the reports did not include the place and price of the program, it is confirmed that the Samsung is focusing on its marketing techniques to increase the sale of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 plus.
Previously, we have discussed that Samsung is not in a position to take a chance with its upcoming device due to the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 fiasco. It is highly speculated that the company is planning to offer a refund policy to its Samsung Galaxy S8 buyers. But the company is yet to confirm it.
It is possible that the Samsung Guard program might offer a refund option or one-time free replacement of the device for a limited period or for a few countries. Although the leaked revealed the logo and information about the program, it is still unconfirmed by the company.
