There have been lots of speculations about the highly anticipated iPad Pro 2 and when Apple will release the long-awaited device, Fans are also curious what new features will be added to the 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch iPads. But it seems that fans still have a little bit of waiting to do in order to get access to the necessary information.

However, it is still not clear what new features and design changes the upcoming device will sport and the same goes for whether the 2017 iPads will separate 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch of the iPad Pro 2 or whether there will be a 7.9-inch model, a sort of iPad Pro mini, or a new 10.5-inch iPad Pro 2. According to Digitimes, the tech company has moved up the production plans for its new 10.5-inch iPad to March rather than the initial date set for May-June.

Apple is expected to launch the new iPad at a product event, which will be held in April for the inauguration of its new headquarters in California. It is also reported the new 10.5-inch iPad will primarily target education and business sectors, and both the 10.5-inch iPad and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models will be the developer's mainstream products for the mid-tier to the high-end tablet market in 2017.

Although Apple recently introduced a budget-friendly iPad model that replaces the iPad Air 2, the tech giant did not provide any information with regards to the upcoming iPad Pro model. Meanwhile, most fans believe that Apple may have plans to unveil the new 2017 iPad next month at Apple Park.

Fans are expecting this speculation to be realized especially since the technology company did not hold any event for the latest debuts. They believe that it will be best to unveil the new iPad Pro 2 and iPad Mini 5 at Apple Park, even though Apple is yet to confirm such plans.

In April, Apple Park will open to employees and many fans are expecting the developer to launch three iPad Pro 2 models - the 7.9-, 9.7-, 10.5- and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models - during this event, according to Macrumors. According to reports, on Friday, March 24, the developer unveiled a budget friendly 9.7-inch iPad, RED iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus models and an updated iPhone SE in a press release.

The new iPad is said to be the cheapest iPad in the lineup as it only cost $329 for the 32 GB Wi-Fi model and $459 for the 32 GB Wi-Fi + Cellular model. It is being rumored that the upcoming iPad Pro 2 line will feature a magnetic Apple Pencil, True Tone display, a more powerful A10X processor, smart connector, slimmer bezels, 12-megapixel iSight camera along with True Tone flash, and other amazing upgrades.
