Samsung is expected to launch the new Galaxy S8 smartphones on Mar. 29 according to earlier reports. Now that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 and the S8 Plus smartphones are all but confirmed, images of the new smartphones have popped up on the internet, this time on a Chinese website. The images also reveal a gold color smartphone and also one in black, confirming about the two color choices for potential buyers.

As reported earlier, Samsung's Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus smartphones are expected to be unveiled on Mar. 29 with a potential worldwide release on Apr. 21 or Apr. 28 in some locations. That said, reports from BGR detail about the new Galaxy S8 smartphone reportedly placed next to an iPhone 7 and also the Galaxy S7 edge. On a first glance at the leaked image, it looks like Samsung has perfectly nailed the design segment with thin and unique design, which is arguably taller than the iPhone 7 by a fairly short margin.

The Galaxy S8 smartphone is totally plain on the front-face with the secondary front-facing camera and some sensors, alongside the earpiece on the top. The leaked images also reveal that the potential fingerprint sensor is confirmed to be present on the rear side of the smartphone. Technobuffalo, meanwhile feels that the Galaxy S8 has overtaken by miles to its nearest competitor, the iPhone 7 from Apple.

Looking at the leaked images, the bezels of the smartphone are clearly slimmer than its predecessors with a neat and simplistic approach by Samsung. While the leaked images clearly don't hint anything new for the Galaxy S8 smartphone, the rumors so far have been proved to be true to an extent. The curved display is there, fairly noticeable too. The phone looks a bit glossy like the older generation Samsung Galaxy S7 edge smartphone.
