Rockstar previously announced its new open-world title, the "Red Dead Redemption 2" (RDR2). Besides the one-minute teaser trailer that was released in October 2016, there isn't any news from Rockstar since then.
There are certain things, though, that fans believe Rockstar can take from "Grand Theft Auto V" (GTAV) and apply it to "Red Dead Redemption 2" (RDR2). The so-called elements are multiple protagonists, increased realism, better storytelling, in-game landmarks, multiplayer, and combat, as reported by Gamerevolution.
With "Grand Theft Auto V" (GTAV) release on the PS3 platform, the "Red Dead Redemption 2" (RDR2) which will be released on PS4 gameport certainly will have the upper hand in terms of graphic performance and in-game realism. Fans also believe that the multiple-protagonist game system is also interesting, boosting the selling point of this game.
According to RDR2, the combat system in Rockstar's open-world games isn't that good. Although Rockstar has improved the battle system in "Grand Theft Auto V" (GTAV), it still sticks in a fighting style that brings nothing more than finding cover and instant locking headshots. Based on that fact, gaming enthusiasts hope that "Red Dead Redemption 2" (RDR2) will show better combat system.
Rockstar is very famous with its cinematic movies, showing most of its games have a very stunning high realism cinematic events. Furthermore, the RPG elements in "Grand Theft Auto V" (GTAV) like swimming, driving, flying and much more (additional activities outside story mission) are also something that Rockstar should carry to "Red Dead Redemption 2" (RDR2) title.
Most importantly, Gamers expected that "Red Dead Redemption 2" (RDR2) will support multiplayer system just like "Grand Theft Auto V" (GTAV). Rockstar recently is adding more refinement in terms of in-game setting to its "Grand Theft Auto Online" and players believe that the improvement will also be applied to its latest title providing the fact if a multiplayer system exists.
