Samsung is well-known for "bending" rules among the smartphone market, especially their OLED displays on both televisions and smartphones alike. Now, Apple's upcoming flagship, the iPhone 8 is said to have an OLED display with a slightly curved style. This upcoming smartphone is now the focus of thousands of customers and iPhone enthusiasts because of the said curved display. Samsung is said to be supplying these displays, which will somehow lead to a collaboration.

Otherwise, Apple will be purchasing supplies of Samsung's said displays. iPhone 8's OLED display will be gently curved with impeccable smooth edges.

Supply of OLED panels for the upcoming flagship

According to 9to5Mac and DigiTimes, Apple will get a total of 75 million OLED panels, which are manufactured by Samsung. Apple will net huge income if Apple iPhone 8 will be released earlier this year. However, with careful planning and investments, Apple hasn't released information about the release date or target whatsoever. Instead, expectations and rumors float around the internet regarding its specs and features.

Furthermore, analysts say that Apple's iPhone 8 will not have a curved screen, after all, ScienceTimes say. Then again, an immense number of sources are saying that the upcoming flagship will have it after all. Although, Apple did NOT yet announce any information regarding their upcoming flagship. This is the reason why expectations are made from previous smartphones created by Apple.

iPhone 8 Specs and features

Here are the following rumored specs and features: first, Apple's iPhone 8 is said to have a 5.8-inch screen with an OLED display, according to Business Insider's report. Customers should expect a clear and crisp resolution. In addition, the smartphone is said to have the same 2.5D glass from the previous versions but will be "gently curved." If that is the case, Apple will not be introducing another version of MacBook Pro Touch Bar, according to BGR.
