One of the famous open-world RPGs - Grand Theft Auto or also widely known as GTA, will be having its whole new version in the nearest future. Developed by Rockstar Games, the new GTA game "Grand Theft Auto VI" will be having a major upgrade from the previous version. Apart from the obvious new storyline, fans are reportedly expecting a couple of changes within the upcoming game.

Female Protagonist

GTA is bombarded with a strong male protagonist and lack of women's portrayal. The previous versions of GTA all have one thing in common - the male main character. TrustedReviews said that it is about time that Rockstar would create a strong female lead to run the show.  We had Franklin, Michael, Trevor, Niko and Carl Johnson, but it would be amazing to have Amanda or Paula to create some chaos in the game.

Virtual Reality

Grand Theft Auto VI offers tons of ways for players to participate in the storyline, but because of the limitation to the players own devices, not many players are able to do so. Rockstar has revealed that it is now possible to play the game virtually through a VR Support on a PlayStation, and this new feature will be nothing but amazing.

New City

Fans are reportedly requesting for a completely brand new city to explore, other than the revisited city such as San Andreas. GTA has also gone as far as London and Alderney, but players are looking forward to exploring other cities such as Chicago, Washington DC and even New Orleans.

Better Realistic Approach

Rockstar is adding more realistic features into the upcoming GTA game, a plea that has been long awaited by fans to be heard. Grand Theft Auto VI will allow players to destroy more walls and even detonate buildings using an airplane. The game will also see places that were previously destroyed gets rebuilt, with the appearance of construction workers and other suitable, realistic elements.

Simultaneous Console and PC Release

Players are hoping for the PC version of the next GTA game will be released at the same time as its console release, without the long wait like the previous versions. So far, there has been no indication that Rockstar would do so. Grand Theft Auto VI may be available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in 2020, and the PC version will probably be released in the following year.
