‘Snatch’: Another 'Pokémon GO'-Concept Game Is Now a Big hit in the United Kingdom; Next Stop, United States

"Pokémon GO" took a massive popularity since it was launch gaining more than $200 million in its first month. People around the world's kids, teenagers, college students, married people, and even adults were fond of hunting Pokémon such as Pikachu, Bell Sprout, Rattata, and etc.

"Pokémon GO" is obviously an addicting game where people are stuck in the game making them so dedicated from it. Fortunately, United Kingdom introduces another mobile game with the similar concept from "Pokémon GO" which also feature physical rewards to all its players; "Snatch."

"Snatch" is another addictive game came from U.K. last month which has already been downloaded more than 250,000 times; naming it the country's most popular adventure app as of now. Developers are trying to cross the game in the Atlantic Ocean and introduce it to the US.

"Snatch" made its American debut at Southwest Conference in Austin where players in the event are currently competing for prizes. According to WIRED, chief marketing officer Phil Lloyd from "Snatch" stated that they have a lot of respect for Nintendo's "Pokémon GO" where Niantic developers helped another developer's in terms of accelerations in conversations. "Pokémon GO" and "Snatch" may be similar to its mechanics and concepts but the entire point of "Snatch" is brand integration.

United Kingdom's mobile game "Snatch" uses augmented reality to hunt parcels that contain some kind of awesomeness. The game app features free meals and subscription to Sky TV's Now TV streaming service. In the game, once the parcel is open meaning it is available; whoever is already in possession of it for six hours can get the prize but other players can steal or snatch it if you are careless, as noted by CNBC.  Several companies pay "Snatch" for replacements in the app and pay again whenever players will claim a parcel.

Almost 25 brands have already signed a one-year contract with "Snatch" to promote their products in the mobile game. The company is now preparing for its U.S. launch in New York targeting big companies such as Unilever Ventures and local establishments this summer.

"Snatch" is an addictive game in the midst of fighting over the prizes that use an algorithm to assure that there are always people around to steal others parcels. After the game will dominate in New York, the company will add one at a time U.S city.
