There are almost 1.8 million recorded Pokémon encounters that have been done in "Pokémon GO" Gen 1 and 2. These recorded encounters of Pokémon have been used for a heavy research especially on Nocturnal Pokémon species and the analysis of different Pokémon Type spawns.

Pokémon GO Hub conducted this research to help Niantic players develop their "Pokémon GO" hunting techniques. This research aims to confirm which Pokémon species don't spawn in the wild, to identify unobtainable Pokémon species, and what those Pokémon who don't spawn on the wild are.

The focused study has been done including extraction of the data set and actual research for this study in "Pokémon GO." After all, they confirmed that Pokémon species that don't spawn in the wild are Legendary Pokémon, Baby Pokémon, Pokémon that requires evolution items, and unreleased Pokémon including Smeargle and Delibird.

By this confirmation, was proven as they have observed it in 6 million encounters that there has been a lot of confusion regarding the Pokémon that requires evolution item in "Pokémon GO." Fortunately, there are some Pokémon that has received new evolutions in "Pokémon GO" Generation 2 that doesn't require any evolution items that were observed spawning in the wild are Crobat, Hitmontop, and Blissey.

Meanwhile, they have also gathered some data that indicates Unown is the rarest Pokémon in "Pokémon GO." According to Reddit, out of 6 million Pokemon sightings, recorded Unown was only spotted once! Besides Unown Pokémon, Larvitar was also categorized as a rare Pokémon with 382 sightings, Miltank got 17 sightings, and Tyranitar with 3 sightings which conclude that Unown is the rarest species living in "Pokémon GO."

In The Silph Road Fame, it will sum up on an average 100 wild Unown to collect all 26 released variants in "Pokémon GO." If ever you're the luckiest person in the world and catches an Unown, the likelihood duplicates increase exponentially as you go for catching more Unown where there is the tiny percentage in finding these mystical-rare Pokémon.
