People have got to give it to Bandai Namco Entertainment when it comes to releasing gaming iterations and expansions. The game developer and publisher has not only announced: "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC Pack 2" that featured the Universe 6 Saga of Dragon Ball Super last Feb. 28 but has also unveiled a massive gameplay development in the next chapter in the Dragon Ball Super series.
SaiyanIsland has reported that "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2's" DLC Pack 3 will be featuring the Future Trunks Saga. The revelation was included in the developer's DLC Pack 2 trailer that will be available at no additional cost to Season Pass subscribers.
Meanwhile, the same new outlet has also noted that the forthcoming expansion of "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will be featuring Zamasu, Super Saiyan Rose Goku Black, SSGSS Vegito, Magetta (the Universe 6 arc character) and Bojack, the villain from Dragon Ball Z movie. All of these speculated characters will be playable along with the Earth of Future Trunks as a playable stage. Banda has yet to confirm these rumors so it would be wise to take these with a grain of salt.
In related news, a new "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" update is now available to download on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The update also includes new Expert Missions (Broly and Janemba) along with five new attacks (jumping energy wave, menacing flare, focus flash, wild hunt and tail slicer) and new rules for the Tenkaichi Tournament. Moreover, it features new Zangya and Bido costumes along with Android 15's clothes and Metal Cooler's suit, as per PlayStation Lifestyle.
Known as the second Dragon Ball video game, "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will also be released for Nintendo Switch this year. Initially released back on Oct. 25, 2016, the sequel "Xenoverse 2" now has 126 playable characters that include Goku Black. It has shipped 1.4 million copies worldwide to date.
