‘Dragon Quest Heroes II’ Latest News & Update: Release Date Confirmed Along With 15 Downloadable Content Items; Storyline & Features

Omega Force's "Dragon Quest Heroes II, the second installment of the game series will finally hit PlayStation 4 internationally this coming April. The publisher recently worked with Square Enix to make the game successful.

The co-publisher Square Enix recently revealed that "Dragon Quest Heroes II" that the game will also be released on Steam this April 25, 2017, along with the PlayStation 4 versions in North American regions. Meanwhile, it will not be the only game that will be launched in April.

At the same date, there are 15 exclusive downloadable content items which are now available for pre-order from the publisher Square Enix Online Store and also for PlayStation Store, as claimed by Destructoid. Along with "Dragon Quest Heroes II," few rare items will be available such as Drackerang, Goodybag Abacus, Slime Stack Stick, Royal Flush, Night Club, Slime Knight's Shield, Gem Slime Sword, Robo-Bow, Shadowblade, Archdemon Arcs, Plat o' Tails, Golem Gauntlets, Great Sabreclaws, Robo-Racer, and Imp's Fork.

As for "Dragon Quest Heroes II," the new adventure begins after a thousand years of peacefulness, the Seven Kingdoms suddenly collapsed into dilemmas as if ruined by a malicious force. A player must be the leader of a team of powerful heroes to fight against evil and save their own kingdom.

The anticipated second installment "Dragon Quest Heroes II" is a competitive field-roaming action RPG that will give players quests and send players to a new journey to gain the peacefulness in their world that has now become chaotic filled with monsters and catastrophes. A maximum of four players is allowed to build a team to defeat bundles of enemies and knock out boss monsters where each player can claim a set of playable characters with different skills and unique abilities. According to Gematsu, "Dragon Quest Heroes II" will hit PCs and PS 4 this coming April 25, 2017, in Northern America region and April 28, 2017, for European regions.
