Before having a Pokémon you must have to find them. Every time you play the mobile game "Pokémon Go," it has a Pokémon Tab at the bottom right of each trainer's travel screen. Click on it, and then you can see an option such as Nearby, all Sightings, and both Nearby and Sightings. It will show every Pokémon that surrounds you and rare Pokémon will be highlighted.

As for the Legendary Pokemon such as Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno along with the evasive Mewtwo, Red Mew, Blue Mew, Yellow Mew, and much more. These are one of the rarest Pokémon and no one has been able to locate them in "Pokémon Go."
